Do I need to leave my computer on?
No: the robot publishes on its own, at the set time, with your computer off.
Does Ciclopost read my Instagram from the outside?
No. On social networks, Ciclopost uses only each one's official API. Outside them, it reads only public sites, following each site's rules.
How does my brand show up in AIs?
Every month, your audience's questions go to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude. You see who gets cited and what to do to get into the answers. Ciclopost also checks whether your site is open to AI robots.
Do I need to pay for AI separately?
Yes, but only what you use: you connect your OpenRouter account, add credits there and Ciclopost uses the best AI for each task. The balance shows in the dashboard so you can keep track.
Is there a trial period?
Yes: 7 free days from sign-up. The 1st charge only happens on day 8, and if you cancel before that you pay nothing.
How do I pay?
By credit card, in US dollars, on a secure Stripe page. The card is saved on file and the monthly fee is always charged on the same day of the month.
Does it work for people who manage several brands?
It does. Each brand has its own plan, social profiles and numbers, and the Overview shows them all together. The client approves through a link, without creating an account. The plan includes one brand, and each additional brand costs $25.00 per month.
How does the coupon work?

Does Ciclopost follow profiles or reply for me?
No. It suggests who to follow, who to partner with and what to reply, always with the reason. Following is up to you, in the Instagram app, and in conversations you review the reply before sending. Only the automatic replies you create yourself go out on their own.
Which Instagram account do I need?
A professional account (business or creator). That's what Instagram requires to publish through an app.
What about TikTok?
It's optional. Ciclopost sends the videos to the TikTok app drafts, and you publish from there with one tap.
How do I cancel?
In My account, at any time. First, if you like, export all your data. The account is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind, and then everything is deleted.
Is my data safe?
Access to Instagram, TikTok and OpenRouter stays encrypted and never goes back to the browser. You can export or delete everything whenever you want.
