Data deletion

See how to disconnect your networks from Ciclopost and how to delete your data. You don't need to justify the request. More details about what we collect are in the Privacy Policy.

1. Delete your account and all your data

  1. Sign in to the Ciclopost dashboard and open My account, in the side menu.
  2. If you want to keep a copy, use Export my data. The file is available to download for 7 days.
  3. In Cancel subscription, type CANCELAR and confirm.

Right away, the publishing robot, automations and the Telegram connection are turned off. For 30 days, the account is available only to export data or reactivate. After that, the account and the data of brands only you manage are permanently deleted, with all files.

To delete before the end of the 30 days, request immediate deletion at [email protected].

2. Disconnect Instagram or Facebook

  • In Ciclopost: in Settings › Instagram, use Disconnect. The access token is deleted immediately and the brand's automatic publishing is turned off.
  • On Instagram: in Settings and privacy › Website permissions › Apps and websites, remove Ciclopost.
  • On Facebook (if the connection was made through it): in Settings and privacy › Settings › Apps and websites, remove Ciclopost.

When you remove Ciclopost in the Instagram or Facebook settings, access is cut off immediately. The data already in Ciclopost, such as plans, media and metrics, stays in your account until you delete it, as described above, or until you request deletion at [email protected].

3. Disconnect TikTok

  • In Ciclopost: in Settings › TikTok, use Disconnect. Access is also revoked on TikTok, and the tokens are deleted.
  • On TikTok: in the app's security and permissions settings, open the list of connected apps and remove Ciclopost's access.

4. Disconnect Telegram

In Settings › Telegram, use Disconnect.

5. If you don't use Ciclopost

If your data appears because of an account managed in Ciclopost (for example, as a suggested profile or because you commented on or messaged a brand), write to [email protected] stating your username and what you want: access, correction or deletion. We reply within 15 days.

6. What may be kept

  • Dados que a lei obriga a guardar, apenas pelo prazo legal, como registros de acesso a aplicações de internet (6 meses) e documentos fiscais.
  • As publicações já feitas nas redes continuam nas redes. Para apagá-las, use o próprio Instagram ou TikTok.
